A dark comedy drama. It focused on relationships and ties rather than the monster, which was a central part of the movie (of course) and the ending was surprisingly dark. It succeeded in being funny yet dangerous.
Said to be one of Korea's best horror films, it has its moments, but the main draw of this movie is the characters. The horror aspect wasn't as affecting as I thought it would be but it was pretty good.
Tense, suspenseful and just makes you think about not only human life and how much it's worth, but the government and how each person's viewpoint may be more cynical than another. It's an amazing movie and it'll make you claustrophobic.
