Movies like Easy A tend to be churned out of Hollywood by the dozen every year, but it has to be recognized that it's as polished as a film of its genre can possibly be. While its main fault might be an oversaturation of sass, everything else about it falls right into place. Emma Stone's performance is magnificent, but she's in more than good company.
Each movie should be graded on how well it delivers - and this one does. The rom-com might be the lesser of all movie genres, but when you have a main couple with excellent chemistry, several funny moments and some great secondary characters, you can't help but recognize that this film knows its craft.
