Such wasted potential, way too cringy.
What a clusterfuck. Everybody in this movie both actor and character is so bad at what he or she does, that is almost slapstick like.
Breathtaking stop-motion animations, with a heartwarming story.
After having seen the same plot for the third time.
* Kirk is reminiscent of his father.
* Bad guy wants to go to war.
* Enterprise gets destroyed.
* Pew pew pew.
* All is good, nothing is learned.
It gets really really boring.
The new JJ.Abrams Startrek is a quick action flick that mindlessly entertains, but doesn't provide any reflection on social and philosophical issues as the series that came before it did. Star trek has never been about space, it has been about the human condition. This movie is about visual effects, endless action scenes, cringeworthy humor and nothing in particular.
As visually stunning as it is incoherent and boring.
What an incoherent garbled mess. No clear storyline, so many missed opportunities. The trailers were a better short film than this.
Pure disappointment when compared to the magnificant trailer, which honestly tells a better story.
