This movie sucks!! Poor quality on everything. Bad acting. Bad audio. Some kid singing songs for like 10 minutes! Why do people like this movie?? I had to turn it off.

I love this movie! It hooks you in from the very first song of Howard Keel's baritone belting out "Bless your beautiful hide". The scruffy, ill-mannered brothers are a riot. The dancing and acrobats are some of the best of any movie.

What a great musical! Makes you feel like dancing and singing along. Tradition! La Chaim! To Life! Matchmaker and Sunrise, Sunset. The dancing is awesome too.

Really cute. Lena Horne, Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington and of course the main stars, Ethel Waters and Eddie "Rochester" Anderson with his wonderful scratchy voice. What a plethora of talent!

Although there's intrigue its very slow moving. I kept getting bored. A scene at the very end made no sense to me.
