I had to stop halfway through the movie cause it sucked so much. The story line was terrible and the characters didn't feel real at all. they weren't likable and I couldn't identify with them. They just are the stupidest people.
Pacing was the absolute worst. Too much content in too little space like pretty much every big budget movie. Why not make two good movies out of it instead of one shitty one? I don't know. The movie was campy and dumb. Nostalgic but garbage. Better than episodes 1-3 for sure, but honestly, hardly worth seeing at home, and definitely not worth seeing in theaters.
The only scene that stood out was the artistic rendering of the hyperspace jump attack when captain whoever flew into that destroyer. That was great. Everything else was enormously superficial shite.
This move is a trip! Its pretty 90s, but uses some solid elements reminiscent of Alien and Ghostbusters. Things get a little goofy at times to hilarious effect. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie!
Slow to start, overly dramatic, stupid plot choices by both main characters. The absurd machisimo and manly brooding broke my suspension of disbelief for these characters. I didn't really care for this movie.
What a piece of garbage movie. I've seen a lot of great time travel / time-loop movies recently, and this movie is just a god damn piece of shit. The actions of the characters make no fucking sense, and it just ruins the experience. The plot makes no sense, you can tell from 1/3 through the film. I enjoyed it up until I realized nothing made any goddamn sense. Don't watch this movie. You're wasting your time, just like the fucking idiot protagonist.
