From where Tarantino is starting, meaning his love for movies, i see where the whole project comes from. The film was boring. This was my first feeling as i came out of the cinema. I recognise the absence of seriousness and the thin boundary between grotesque and ridiculous. I think the film dies not even portray the feeling of an era. And if actors thought that the job was that they were wrong. It all reflects Tarantino. There is nothing conveying or supporting the beauty of film, of cinematic pleasure. Throughout the film i could hear the voice of the director and i could feel it was a film just to serve himself. In the end at the most brutal moments the audience recognised the grotesque and burst out laughing so hard and for so long. When i was just a child ,a filmfreak since then, and watched the reservoir dogs, i thought of Tarantino as my cinematic god. I thought there is the advanced model of my Nicholas Ray. I expected the world from him and that might be in a way not just. I love you Tarantino and i still think that Reservoir dogs is one of the best films ever made.
Half the movie was good thanks to Chris Isaac but the rest of the film was so bad...it felt fake. Totally fake...The first part deserved a better way to get the heroes through life...
