  • Midnight in Paris
    Midnight in Paris (2011)

Is an outsanding and beautiful movie directed by Woody Allen. A good exemple of mixing old Hollywood clichés with an exemplar screenplay that I see reflected in this piece of cinematic beauty. The performances were really great, but subtle, with Owen Wilson, Marion Cottilard, Kathy Bates and Corey Stoll being the more surprising among this great assemble. The cinematography and score were sublime and showed to me an Paris that we all dream of. Overall an Oscar worthy movie with an unique aproach to a story and classic references. Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation (2018)

The Hotel Transilvania franchise is a typacal franchise that altough hasn't high quality movies, they bring a hell of a lot of cash. However this third instalment is perhaps an exemple of a sequel that managed to be slitly funnier, clever and satisfying than its two previous movies. ''Summer Vacation''' has great visual and sound effects, an essamble of characters that are trully funny each time they appear and a mediocre and cliché story, but somehow fresh at the same time. • Eighth Grade
    Eighth Grade (2018)

A24'S ''Eight Grade'' is undeniably one of the most original screenplays and storys you will find this year, touching on very particular issues and big problems surounding the chalenges of being a teenager and expressing who you really are and the techology who is moving away from each other, specialy in this day in age. It has an kinda slow pacing in certain parts but it's such a relatable story with a great performance by the leading character from Elsie Fisher that it's very hard not to learn something from this movie! Skyscraper (2018)

Is visually massive to watch, arguably one of the best visual action movies in recent years. The Rock delivers much better here than in other 2018 action movie (that's not so good) - Rampage - and I like how almost every single scene that maters happened inside that huge skyscraper. Still its not emotionally effective nor original in its screenplay. Just a nice popcorn summer movie that delivers just fine to me. CLASSIFICATION | 7.0/10

  • Night School
    Night School (2018)

Night School, with its stellar leads (Kevin Hart and Tifanny Haddish) could have been way better if it wasn't the formulaic and kinda brainless script. But strong performances not just by this great duo, but also by the supporting roles of the night school students was fun enough and entertaining enough to be called a solid comedy. Altough Hart is doing the same character in every movie, he does it pretty well. In the case of Haddish it wasn't as groundbreaking performance as in ''Girls Trip'' but was different and hilarious enough to be good. CLASSIFICATION | 7.2/10
