Aimed at the young and dumb, but why would they even bother with this? If you love morbidity, there are loads of fbi baby killer interviews on youtube.
The main character is rumored to have run away to Jamica when she was young and married a ragge musician. These days she gets her jollies by secretly being a smoker and having an unrealized love affair with her adopted brother. Oh wait. Thats a different movie. Well imagine that characture but with zero humor, "highbrow" piano and violin sound track, and instead of Jamica she goes to "problems she doesnt really have" drama land all played out in the suburbs of CT.
I liked it alot. Part buddy pic, part icon biopic, part Hollywood lore.
Sikowaska captivated me. Whole thing could have been about her and Id have been happy. Cusack is a first rate villian. Watched Wild Palms years ago, didnt love the stroryline then. This development is nicely reworked and polished.
Very creepy scarey macabre chilling unsettling and twisted. Loved it.
