Excellent flick. A mix between point break and the shield's Vic Mackey (the female version)! Alternate timelines but not confusing or jumbled and the perfect ending
Deserves much better acclaim! Some people can't handle an original idea with a plot that makes you really think about life, the afterlife and all the unknowns in between. A movie that challenges your mind and keeps you guessing all along is the definition of a creative and deserving film. For me, this film outshines Donnie Darko and not vice versa. Bravo Mr. Kelly for going against the grain and making an artistic, creative piece of art, one that is rarely ever seen anymore!
Nothing quite as unique as this story in the genre. Very tense. Great writing, storytelling, acting, producing and directing. Movies that make you question the cause of the suffering over and over, like they do in this with the isolation, make for a perfect film
Surprisingly thrilling movie. Didn't expect it as it began. Though list another generic found footage crapola movie" but it was good. Best of the genre anyways (next to cloverfield)
This could have went south very easily... as all others in this category did. The story and subtle, but effective suspense, topped with well acting and excellent writing (not to mention producing and the music) made this movie succeed where others like it have failed miserably. For a whole movie to take place on a computer screen and be good, is a rare thing but they accomplished it.
The best true crime drama out there. There’s others regarding Irish (the Departed, Black Mass), but what makes this real story awesome, is Danny Greene was just a regular guy, not really a gangster, who went after the Mafia in Cleveland and, for the most part, beat them!
For a low budget independent film, very creative, fun and entertaining. It's a cross between David Finchers the Game and the Belko Experiment. Plenty of blood letting and OMG moments.
It’s very rare to have a movie that’s genuinely creepy like Sinister is, the kind of creepy that makes you feel icky inside, I love it. Haven’t seen any like this and wish there were more like it! The music and directing played a key role in the creepiness and was fantastic!
Absolute breath of fresh air in the suspense department. Haven’t seen a well written, filler free suspense like this in a long time. Comparable recent movie was don’t breathe (also very good)
Short, sweet, lots of suspense! No filler, just a great thriller
