Red Island (2018)
So slow. I thought they were going to be stalked more. Monster doesn't come until last 20 min of film. This movie is more a drama than a thriller. A couple on an island trying to repair the relationship, and that's about it.

No Escape (2020)
Meh, it passed the time. One thing for certain, they were spot on with social media influencers and their intrusive behavior and blatant disrespect of other people. It was predictable. The ending was terrible. The acting was good though.

Stag Night (2008)
All the characters were annoyingly stupid. From start to finish, stupid. Let's argue loudly in a tunnel where cannibals live while we're trying to hide from them. Oops, I need to go back and straighten up so they won't suspect anything although they're 10 ft away. And instead of escaping now that I have a chance, I think I'd rather stand here with my hand over my mouth... AWFUL

Black Fly (2014)
It was much better than I expected. It was on Tubi. What I'm finding lately is a flood of home movies passed off as Independent Films just to get out there. Most are complete garbage and it blows my mind how some self-proclaimed directors would even put their names on it. I thought this film was going to be one of those, but it wasn't. The storyline was great. I resonate with dysfunctional family life. And also believe Noel was justified in his revenge. However, for him to be so psychotic it felt like he let the villains off easy. Personally, if I was gonna go there, I'd make the best of it. All the characters were believable. And the plot twist at the last 2 minutes I did not expect.

Body Cam (2020)
That was awful. There was some mystery, but the supernatural element was not explained at all. I can't even say more...
