One of the best movies of all time
It's long and drags a lot. The characters are terrible and it's to predictable. I think it has a couple of terrifying scenes and a good cast. I also find the plot to be decent. But it's mashed to together so much and has big plot holes. And I find it really stupid and weird when they speak english in this movie, it should have been norwegian. And the script feels like it's unfinished and bland. So I don't recommend it, but it's not outrageous even though it's pretty boring.
A great and memorable movie that delivers solid acting, writing, cinematography and directing. Anthony Hopkins gives one of the best portrayals of a character ever as Hannibal Lecter and the overall tone and emotion of this movie is awesome. I can barely find any negatives, but I think there are minimal cheats in the story and I wish that there was more of Hannibal and less of the women kidnapper who was not as interesting. But overall, great movie.
Javier Bardem portays the villain here great and it gets more characters in with a new plot that's easier to follow than the others. I also like the tone and the humor, and there are some hillarious scenes. But I hate what they did to Jack. And the plot is somewhat convoluted with some choppy storytelling.
It's more lighthearted and fun than the other sequels, and it's shorter with a more focused plot. But I don't find Blackbeard very menacing and it feels quite mediocre with some slow pacing and lacking of good action except the London escape. I also don't like Jack Sparrow as the main character. But it's certainly better than the previous two but becomes a little lost and dull after a while and the finale is quite disappointing.
