It's a very straightforward movie in which, it's perfect for a nostalgia trip but as for everything else, it's left quite bland and unexplored.
Nothing short of your classic dose of Tarantino. A seemingly classic love letter to the 80's as well as to those actors who turned into ‘has beens'. We are looking at a Tarantino with a rampant imagination and a movie that may not be his best but one similar to Inglorious Basterds.
Another easily fun film to watch, Watts capitalizes on the development of not only MJ and Peter but Peter and Tony. Many say it's a teen romance but I see it as a coming of age film. The movie boats many homages to Tony and previous Iron man films in many ways. Lastly Far From Home does a great job of pushing the MCU's phase 4.
Beautifully shot and edited masterfully, Midsommar is gorier, and slower than Aster's debut film, Hereditary. That being said, Hereditary is superior to Midsommar in that it was a more fleshed out and developed idea.
Nostalgic and ever so fun, Toy Story 4 may have the best storyline thus far with another perfect 4th installment. Amping Bonnie's character development to 100 since her first and much less developed character in TS1, it shows that if you have the heart then the spirit is willing to go a long way.
