Way too political, WAY too biased, PAINFULLY unfunny, even cringey at points. Factually inaccurate, overall I felt like every minute spent watching this was another one I wasted. I could've stared at my wall and even that would've been a better use of my time. This is coming from someone who's favorite show is black mirror, and even loves the episodes most people hated. I don't think I have seen anything worse on Netflix, and that's saying something. The actors are wonderful outside of this show, I've seen them in other things and thought they were great, which is how I know it was all the shows fault for creating something so repulsive. This is nothing like black mirrors other works, this could've been made by anyone else and I wouldn't know the difference. On top of that, it's a British movie, not even an American one. So why is most of this a commentary on America's boring drama? Wouldn't it make more sense to let us make movies on our own boring drama to at least get it more accurate? Why do they care so much about our boring drama? Even I as an American don't care about our politics. I was expecting this to be some sort of black mirror style fictional movie maybe following a family in the future post-pandemic showing 2020's impact on the fictional future, maybe involving crazy technology to come out of it like holographic friends to accommodate social distancing. NOPE! Just an unfunny documentary that is factually inaccurate about American political drama we all are sick and tired of and have already heard about a million times by now and are SICK OF!!! All disguised as a comedy, comedy my BEHIND! This was so dry and biased towards liberal people. I say this as someone who doesn't like either side... if you're expecting what I was, something BLACK MIRROR-ESQUE, prepare to be disappointed! I don't know why they even released in under the black mirror name... it has nothing to do with it! If you like biased liberal political takes and inaccurate statements and unfunny biased political "jokes" created by clueless foreigners then go ahead, YOU'LL LOVE IT!
