Slow to begin with, but does a good job showing the corruption at hand in the gov. While some facts are still disputed, like who shot first, that really is void when you realize that they did not need to show up with a fucking army and in return killed a bunch of children in a PR stunt. It was well acted. This was not even there jurisdiction, children were not, firearms are but it was a minor weapons violation That they could have got permits for for very cheap. This is a horrible example of gov overreach, even with him being a pedo, you could have arrested him during his daily run
One of the few shows I have seen in a while that really makes you feel for the characters. The character development was very good. The story leaves you on the edge of your seat and constantly wondering what gonna happen next because it is not very predictable, by the last episode your thinking it could go 10 different ways. Sara is hot as well, very hot.
It's insane. It is like everyone is from a movie.
It was a bit better than season 1. Season 2, well not feeling like the same show at all times, sometimes super quirky and sometimes serious was a solid tv season. The one thing that was truly bad was the storyline with penguins dad.
There are many things to love and many to hate. I'll start with the loves, Pinguin, he single handedly keeps this show watchable. He is the only character that is truly enjoyable. The actor did an amazing job. I liked Bruce Wayne's Hunt for evidence for who killed his parents. The bad parts are at the end of the season mostly. Many times the story felt rushed, you just sitting there like "they built that up and it ended in 2 seconds" this really brings the show down.
The doc was interesting and I learned a lot about him, I think they did a good job with balancing all the different theories for why he would do what he did. Every main theory got its time in the light. The problems I had though was that it sometimes felt choppy, especially in the first episode. But the worst part was the gay stuff. It was all speculation and a lot of it felt irrelevant to what was happening. The had brought in a former NFL player who was gay but used his experience to speculate on how Hernandez felt. They also had his former high school QB on that he was in a secret relationship with, but none of it felt relevant, I did not see the connection to the killings. I also felt that the guy and his dad were not all authentic and wanted attention, but honestly I don't no why I felt that way, I just didn't trust them. I did like all the phone calls and such, very interesting. The CTE part I think was well done. They showed multiple diff opinions on the situation and I think it is safe to say that suisides in the NFL are not caused by CTE. There are pry over 10000+ people alive that were once on a NFL, at least, practice squad and only like 5 of them have killed them self's in the last 20 years
Ok so it was not bad to start but faltered towards the end. The fact that they just did not inject the cure into Grace, erasing her future self, right when she showed up even without her permission is insane. They would have saved life's. It's lazy storytelling, how am I supposed to route for people who just let people die because of some stupid moral code that made no sense. The final ep was very bad also. Full of plot holes. I mean if they just erased Nora, none of this could happen and they will go back because she never came to to change the past. There are many other problems with the last ep that it brought my score down 1.5 stars. Season 3 all over again. Then there's Nora. While she is like 20 something, she acts like a 10 year old. Her parents who are only like 3-4 years here are having to treat her like a little kid because she an annoying little b word. The fact they did not send her back sooner was horrible. And why aren't time wraphs after her. Iris is a stupid b word to. She just acts stupid and they have run out of things for the character. I did like the reverse flash, he caused to many plot holes though. Oh ya and cicada get old fast. Overall disappointed, I could have done better.
A vast improvement over season 6 this season is more like 3 it starts out amazing and slowly tampers off as it goes.
This is the only ok season of this show
