This movie was mediocre at best, some good and entertaining moments. Don't believe the hype it's factual, or even close to. It is the inglorious Bastard version of the War in Afghanistan, without the over the top Tarantino violence or over the top charismatic captivating dialogue. Bradd Pitt seems to be playing a character that is inspired by Gen McChrystal, but he acts more like 1st Lt. Aldo "The Apache" Raine than McChrystal. At best this movie is a satire/parody of the realities of Afghanistan war in 2014, and of the military officers that served on the leadership of that endeavor. It's such a misrepresentation of a serious situation and such a character assassination of the individuals that were thrown in it. Without any hesitation or reservation I categorize this movie as absolute garbage.
This movie is hot garbage. Has basically nothing from the comic book which inspired it. It is just another worthless Hollywood action flick with all of the tropes that come with it. None of the characters have any sense of depth and the action scenes are mostly forgettable. Not even Angelina Jolie saved this movie. Don't waste your time watching it.
Is a great film Jack Nicholson is a great joker Michael Keaton is probably one of the best if not the best Batman. The theme song for this movie became the theme song for Batman. Only problem is Batman fans half with this movie is his blatant disregard for human life. Not the traditional Batman character portrayed in the majority of BatmanStories. Nevertheless it's a great film, which added a lot of the concepts that we usually associate the Batman character with, such as; the Batmobile, the murky Gotham city Stories. Nevertheless it's a great film, which added a lot of the concepts that we usually associate the Batman character with, such as; the burton Batmobile, the murky Gotham city,( Gothic and Victorian architecture's on a 1950s New York setting), and the blimps. For anyone who is a fan of Batman or a fan of Tim Burton it is a must see.
This movie is just plain ridiculous it's not enjoyable. It attempts to be edgy and funny and fails In an epic manner in achieving either.
Consistently rated as one of the best movies in the MCU. It diverts from the original Marvel comic Civil War, but it is similar in the general concept of superheroes being required to register to the government. Eventually this creates conflict between Iron Man and Captain America, to wedge that conflict Captain America's best friend is being framed for murder Of the king of Wakanda. This catapults a series of marvel superheroes to fight against each other resulting in one of the best superhero movies created.
