Not bad, but the 90s nostalgia is laid on way too thick. Often hits you over the head. I personally don't like movies that constantly point out what year they are set in.
So much fun. So enjoyable. I've seen it countless times and still feel entertained. Plot wasn't super original, but movie made up for it in every other area.
Interesting, great cast. First 2/3 was really good, but it falls apart at the end. The twist made little sense and felt forced.
Great CGI and great cast, but horrid writing. Meant well, but fell flat. Mark has women in his life that adored him despite his obvious creepiness (not the real life Mark, the fictionalized version). The woman played by the beautiful Merrit Wever was in love with him and desperately wanted a date...although he frequently dismisses her, has a pill addiction, a woman's shoe fetish, lives in a dilapidated trailer, has public outbursts, and plays with female dolls which he undresses. Hollywood logic. A mopey depressed guy always has an attractive woman throw herself at him for no reason.
