I can't even begin to explain how the HEREDITARY movie seeps into your brain. At first, the acting (phenomenal btw) keeps your attention. It's a little more difficult to understand what's REALLY going on. I researched spoilers on YouTube after I watched it once. Then, with the new understanding, I watched it again the following morning. The bazinga is, the true horror lies inside the family dynamic. TRIGGER WARNING: anyone (or most everyone) ... there are unbelievably horrible moments in the film, and it's all within the family. I grew up with horrible people, so this part of the story made me sick to my stomach. The last movie that made me this upset was "Children Of Men ". If you like dark, upsetting movies like I do, you can't go wrong here!
