It isn't anything spectacular, but I found it intriguing enough to have my attention and in many ways my total interest.
I felt like many important scenes were cut off, it has incredible and widely recognised moments, but as a whole is inconsistent.
It's a simple movie, but it knows so well where is going that it never gets boring or given, and Tom Hardy performance is, you know, good.
The good thing is that Scorsese spent most of his career improving what he wanted to say here, and the movie is always evaluated whenever De niro is on screen.
You're there watching this absurd trip, thinking "wow Noé must have had some weird experiences" or "this long take has been going for 40 minutes!!" And then you remember that is all based on true facts...
