This is my favorite of the 90s Heisei series of Godzilla films. King Ghidorah is an impressive foe yet again for the Big G, and the time travel plot is unique for a Godzilla film (although derivative of such films as the Terminator franchise). The special effects are terrific and the score is amazing.
A good, fun 70s Godzilla film, with creepy villains and a novel setting: a Godzilla theme park for children, secretly run by alien cockroaches disguised as humans! Very enjoyable, if you like this sort of thing.
I loved this, myself - I'm surprised by the mixed reaction it got. To me, this is the first non-Japanese attempt at a Godzilla film that got everything right. I watched it again on Blu Ray this week and thoroughly enjoyed it again! Long live the King, indeed.
