I love how Bojack Horseman shines a light on struggles than so many of us go through that in turn makes us assholes. But! I also love how it shows us that being as asshole isn't okay just because we know we're assholes or because we have past traumas. The past trauma may be why we are the way we are but it does not justify our behavior. We're left with a lot to think about after watching this depressed horse cartoon.
This series had me on the edge of my seat, beginning to end. it's beautiful for what it is. If more come out, I would watch it with joy. However, as the series went on more questions were asked than were ever answered. There were definitely some plot points left in the dust. Still love it! Just lost most of the time without that final tie-it-all-together moment to justify the mystery.
Loved this to the core until the end. The story falls apart for me. Still love this for it's visuals and original story telling!
Beautiful and gripping!
I wish this show had been given another season. I used to get up early just to watch an episode of Tuca & Bertie before work to set the tone and give myself the enthusiasm and honesty I needed to get through my work day. It felt truly original and fun all while being relatable and handling real world issues.
I love me some Lilly! I'm ecstatic that Lilly got her own talk show! She's been hustling for YEARS and she totally deserves this platform. Every episode makes me laugh out loud and she's really pulling on some great guests! Her monologues are original and hilarious EVERY NIGHT. They truly customize the content to each guest and you get the feeling Lilly fully owns this process. She is beautifully and apologetically herself and I LOVE it. I wish other entertainers felt as free as Lilly does, and were able to use their public platform for such originality and freedom of self expression. This show is a diamond in the rough and a joy to watch night after night.
