It's a bit boring, but the story felt real. Although the ending kind of felt stupid, it made sense for the characters.
This is one of my favorite films of all time. The storyline, world, and characters are so addictive and truly incredible. There are a lot of cliches, but I feel they were extremely well done, especially for a film of the 2000s. Even though it's almost 3 hours, it definitely doesn't feel that long because it is so necessary.
Fargo was actually really boring during the first half. But it was definitely worth watching until the end. Pretty gory, but a classic.
For my first watch, I found this movie to be enjoyable. At first, I found it to be a bit boring and unoriginal in its premise of a bad breakup, but that's what I ended up loving about it by the end. It's a great movie to watch and does, in its way, show the importance and value we place on our memories. Both Carrey and Winslet were phenomenal in their roles.
I've only seen Jack Nicholson in The Shining, so it was nice to see him in a different role. This movie wasn't extremely predictable and had good acting for the most part. overall, as someone who is not a fan of noir films and doesn't watch many older films, I really enjoyed this one. More people definitely need to see this one.
