I always appreciate a spy movie that greatly diverges from the cheap aha moments. Actually, I generally dislike spy movies because of their far-fetched plots. Perhaps that is why I like this one so much, it's grounded in reality and the suspense is eloquently drawn out in such an understates and highly sophisticated fashion. I also appreciate that the plot was highly complex and somewhat confusing to follow up on my initial viewing but not simply for the sake of chaos. Probably not a winner for those that need flabby action scenes in their spy movies, but a brilliant movie for people who appreciate excellent cinema.
