One of my all-time favorite comedies. Robin Williams and Nathan Lane push this comedy to new levels. Gene Hackman as the uptight right-wing senator is a perfect comparison to the lifestyle of Robin and Nathan. A cinematic comedic delight. And Hank Azaria is the overly gay houseboy? Genius
Woody Allen not only lends his voice but also his brand of humor in this delightful view of an overstructured Ant society. It also shows the comic styles of Gene Hackman and Sylvester Stallone. I thought the story was well formulated and the plot interesting
A big a fan of the original BNB with Walter Matthau, this version is just plain unwatchable and insulting to the spirit of the first. It wastes Tony Curtis's talents as well as any returning Bears. The dialogue is pointless and plot absurd.
I love Heath Ledger, Billy Bob Thorton and Halle Berry as actors but this movie is just too dark and tragic for my tastes. It's a very dark drama but as far as entertaining I can't say it is a movie I would watch again. There are no light moments, no reprises from the tragic moments.
My son thinks in The Lord of the Rings trilogy that this is his favorite. Mine is the Return of the King. It's a great middle to a long journey by Gandalf, Frodo, Sam, and Aragon. It has many instances we're old alliances come to bear, old alliances jump in at last second to help the situation, no spoiler alerts here. Whether you're a fan of the first, second or third installment it's a long exciting Adventure. This successfully next the fellowship to Return of the King nicely
