Terrible. Just terrible. What has The Conjuring Universe become? The Nun is the exact opposite of what audiences asked for. The acting is foolish, it relied too much on gore and jumpscares, and they tried too hard to be something different. The Nun is a good movie for people to roast, and The Nun shall be the one condemned back to it's world.
Annabelle Comes Home may repeat the same story as the previous films, but it introduces the Warrens into the Annabelle world. With chilling sequences and scares that push you to the edge of your seat, Annabelle Comes Home is going to be a thrill ride with plenty of disturbing moments and a sad tribute to Lorraine Warren.
Annabelle: Creation has to be one of the most special films in The Conjuring Universe. Even better than the first film (a complete failure), Annabelle's backstory is grim, beautiful, disturbing and terrifying. If you hate jumpscares but still want to watch this film, don't say I didn't warn you!
The Conjuring 2 loses the fantastic supernatural scares that the first film gave out to audiences, but it still has some fabulous and memorable scenes that can surely dig a place in your heart.
The Conjuring may not be as fun to watch as the others, but it still has plenty of tension-filled scares and a special place in your heart. Seriously, give The Conjuring an excuse for being better than The Nun and Annabelle. Even if you hate scary movies, at least find the trailer.
