The entire series is contrived, stale, and full of bad acting and horrible plots. The fact that 2 mechanics who had worked on the Christmas bells mechanism for years could not figure out that it was missing a key to unlock the works, despite there being an obvious keyhole, demonstrates that this fictional town needs a healthy dose of chlorine in its gene pool. Avoid this insipid series at all costs. It will literally reduce your IQ. Everyone associated with the making of this slop should be ashamed. There are far better ways to earn a living, even if some of them are illegal. At least you would not be inflicting this legacy on the world.
