Michael Oblowitz directs Steven Seagal in this action film. Seagal portrays a secret agent named Cold who is hired to transport something from France to America. As he continues his travels, he finds he can trust no one, and that many people are out to do him harm in order to secure the contents of his package. ~ Perry Seibert, Rovi

So bad that it makes Seagal's other films look like the combined efforts of Frank Capra and Billy Wilder.
As for Seagal, he seems to have gotten so large that stunt doubles are needed for some of the more complicated fight sequences.
A calamitous little piece without an insinuation of plot. one of the worst things Seagal has done in ages
Seagal was beyond it at this point (and still is) but this was actually a decent movie. Less on action than his usual fare and more on dialogue this is a very mysterious movie that got panned by even his biggest fans. He's done a lot better, true, but he's also done worse. How much can you really expect from him at

This action movie was absolutely worst. Bad acting, bad accents, lukewarm action scenes linked together with endless meangless plot twists.
