Adequate military crime thriller. It's another one of those "corrupt military" films. It's not awful, nor is it good. It's one of those "right in the middle" films. Some tense scenes, far fetched and unconvincing plot. Bland cast. For the most part it held my interest, but it's not a film I would ever watch again.
