Blu B Feb 13 The editing and pacing are truly terrible here. It's somehow unfocused and yet repetitive at the same time. It shows I guess the struggles Mom's of all ages go through but it never makes it amount to anything in terms of something clever, heartfelt, or you know....good. The characters are literally cut outs from poor mans versions of Hallmark movies. There are very pitiful attempts to loosely tie these storylines together. You could literally rearrange all of them or cut out 75% of the stories and nothing really is lost. Heck if anything it only gains. The music is boring, generic, and lame white people trying to do Hip Hop sometimes. Everything else is subpar. Jason Sudekis, I wan't a fan of cynical Chevy Chase feeling discontent smirky underlying humor to everything. The humor in this is terrible or flat constantly. Sentimentality and an overtly emotional soundtrack are okay. If you need 24/7 drama, watch a war, Dr Zhivago or Eastern European art house cinema (they don’t do humour).
