Bridge's thespian mastery, via the slacker zeitgeist of our time, converts The Dude's funniest lines into a readily-understood language of everyday desperation. Glenn S Apr 18 All because of the wrongdoing of his rug “that pulled his room together” does he unwittingly literately stumbles and slurs into assuming a messy Phillip Marlow detective case. Nice nod to the old Busby Berkeley dance sequence while tripping thru a Hitchcock like nightmare. With the exception of Raising Arizona one of Coen Bros funniest.
