It's been years since Chucky, the doll with the soul and the voice (Brad Dourif) of a psychopathic killer, was apparently destroyed in a fire at a doll factory. Now Chucky's manufacturer is remaking the same line of toys with the old, still haunted materials. This resurrects Chucky, who goes after Andy (Justin Whalin), his former owner, who now attends military school. Chucky slashes his way through a string of grotesque murders as Andy tries to stop the homicidal doll and the spirit within it.

These films are just getting worse...I always thought Chucky was one of the better slasher characters but the setting for this story just doesn't fit. This was also incredible boring compared to the previous films.

It has the most badass opening for a chucky film.I've ever seen and I didn't mind the film in general, of course, there's nothing wrong with Brad dourif's performance. As Chucky, that's the pinnacle of the film and in older Andy Barkley, that's not played by Alex Vincent. Despite the film released in 1991, the film is set in 1998. I mean, was a bit weird, but I didn't mind it. The film is generally good, like the opening scene is kind of its own thing.And the ending is kind of its own thing.But the rest of the film is set at the military school with some good kills

While Child's Play 3 may have been a rush production, it includes a point 8 year gap after chucky's death at the factory and sets his goal to find andy and transfer his soul into him however he changes his mind and goes for another younger host, the kills, jokes were good, the decision of bringing another actor to play an older andy barclay wasn't that bad. The Military setting was solid, the final showdown was one if not my favorite finale which in my opinion, I consider this as a trilogy alone.

Child’s play 3 is a mixed bag for me it has funny one liners from Chucky all of the kills are funny because of well Chucky. But at the same time besides Chucky everybody else is forgettable and I’m so confused on why 90% of the characters that see that Chucky is alive are so calm if I was in the situation, I would be terrified and ready to fight in that saying something since these are supposed to be military guys so… 6.8/10
