La trama está buenísima y, a mi parecer, aunque mucha gente opine que limitaron la personalidad de Johnny a ser un mujeriego, yo opino que esto lo hace interesante y divertido, sobre todo para su época. Admito que Sue está demasiado sexualizada aquí, lo cual tristemente estaba normalizado en su momento. Admito que es lamentable que hayan tratado de hacer una Familia fantástica "más actual"; me gusta más el concepto de familia retrofuturista. También es muy complaciente ver a un Reed inteligente y autista (lo digo desde lo positivo, sobre todo por su personalidad e hiperfijación). The final fight scene in this where they are use their individual powers together are honestly peak, and is a really good use of the Fantastic four as a team. I really don't like the portrayal of The Invisible Woman in this, but this is probably the best The Human Torch we've gotten. See more Bentley M Nov 3 The opening scene of reed ruining the proposal of Sue and Victor is kinda funny in the way they did it. The scene where they get hit by the solar blast looks really bad but it was suspenseful to see if Ben makes it in time. The scene where victor is talking to the board reminded me of the science of Green Goblin in Spider-Man in 2002. The science of Johnny and the Nurse is hilarious and the dinner where Sue and Reed figure out they have powers is awesome even if the CGI is pretty bad. Reed using his powers to get into Ben’s room looks weird but his power will weird however you do it. When Debbie leaves her ring on the floor and Ben can’t pick it up is just sad irony. I feel for Ben in this movie. When Victor comes to the Baxter building and starts yelling at reed and Ben shows up and see him. I almost see it as Victor feeling bad for Ben and toning it down for him. That’s is just me though. I love how there is a montage of everyone using their powers in way you would never think of like reed stretching his face to shave. The CGI I keep complaining about is for a reason like when Victor blows a hole in one of his boards members chest looks terrible. “Susie, look at me. What I would do to be invisible.” Is the greatest line in the movie and shows us how Ben feels about everything he doesn’t want to be a thing, he wants to be himself. The scene after Ben leaves after smashing the toy really shows me how good Joseph Quinn as Johnny was. This movie makes Johnny seem like the most oblivious and dumbest person, which kind of irritates me. I actually really like the design for doctor doom in this movie, I wouldn’t be mad if this is what it looked like in Avengers Doomsday. Since we are talking about suits, I don’t really like the suits for the Fantastic Four. They are a little bland and the blue is too dark, and the logo should have been in the middle and not to the side. I like how Doom is poking fun at Reed by giving him science lessons even though Reed is technically smart her than Doom. I like the fight scene with Doom and Ben but I don’t think Doom could just throw Ben like a rag doll. The final battle is awesome too. Sue’a nose bleeding shows how her power takes a massive toll on her body. Johnny going supernova was awesome. Ben saying “Flame On, Kid” was awesome and I don’t really like Doctor Doom becoming almost like a statue in the final battle. Sue and Reed marrying at the end was poetic to how she was gonna marry Victor. Now this review is MASSIVE because I was writing as I was watching the movie so I was writing in time with everything happening and what I thought. Overall this is a dumb fun movie to watch it wasn’t bad at all and was actually a fun time. The CGI could have been better but for it’s time it’s okay.
