Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) is a wide-eyed, blue tang fish who suffers from memory loss every 10 seconds or so. The one thing she can remember is that she somehow became separated from her parents as a child. With help from her friends Nemo and Marlin, Dory embarks on an epic adventure to find them. Her journey brings her to the Marine Life Institute, a conservatory that houses diverse ocean species. Dory now knows that her family reunion will only happen if she can save mom and dad from captivity.

If this got bad ratings I would have stopped using and relying on RT all together. Who wouldn't like this movie it had everything you can ask for in a movie, sadness/empathy, it was hilarious it had an amazing message and omg the cinematography and animation was flawless and beautifully done. I loved this movie so much and have watched it more times than I'd like to admit! Way better than finding Nemo, sorry not sorry.

Finding Dory (2016) This movie has the same premise as "Finding Nemo," but it starts quickly and develops a very fun story in the Pixar style.

Finding Dory is a warm and heartfelt sequel that gives Pixar's most beloved side character her own adventure. The film dives into Dory's past, exploring themes of family, memory, and self-discovery, while still offering the humor and heart audiences expect. Visually, it remains stunning, with Pixar once again crafting a vibrant and colorful underwater world. The addition of new characters like Hank the octopus and Destiny the whale shark keeps the film engaging, and Dory's charm shines as she takes center stage. That said, the story feels a little more familiar and doesn't hit the same emotional highs as its predecessor. While it lacks the groundbreaking impact of Finding Nemo, it's still an enjoyable family film with plenty of laughs and warmth.
