Those even remotely familiar with the work of German director Wim Wenders should not be surprised that he has a title like Kings of the Road in his resumé. Rüdiger Vogler plays Bruno, an itinerant movie-projector repairman, who tools about the dusty roads along the East-West border of Germany in search of work. Most brilliant and original film.
a wonderful road movie, a form that's become an american institution, but as one character says here: 'the americans have colonized our subconscious!' beautifully shot in black and white with every scene perfectly framed; if it was a lil bit shorter i could give it 5 stars :) as is, it took me 2 nights to get
