In one of his last movies, Boris Karloff plays the part of the mysterious Mr. Van Molder, a scientist turned voodoo priest who lives -- and experiments -- on the remote island of Coaibi. This suspense-filled Mexican-American production of the supernatural and evil native rituals is filled with snake-worshipping zombies, cannibalistic women, an evil dwarf and the matchless Karloff.
