Charismatic magician Atlas (Jesse Eisenberg) leads a team of talented illusionists called the Four Horsemen. Atlas and his comrades mesmerize audiences with a pair of amazing magic shows that drain the bank accounts of the corrupt and funnel the money to audience members. The magic tricks are quite spectacular, especially one which features Ms Fisher floating above the audience in a giant bubble. But Now You See Me needed more sharpness for it be a really good film.

Once the investigation takes over, the Four Horsemen are relegated to the background, and we never see the behind-the-scenes action, which is one of the keys to any heist story. [Full review in Spanish]

"Now You See Me" describes the empowering story of the Four Horsemen, a group of magicians that perform for the sole purpose of rebellion against mankind. It is an articulate, coordinated illusion in and of itself, where time ceases to exist. Charismatic Jesse Eisenberg and Dave Franco pack the film with intensity while blurring the line between performance and defiance. An absolute must - see!

First act was AMAZING, the second and third were more focus on Ruffalo's character and the hunt for the magicians, which I found slightly irritating. It lost the plot a bit in the middle. An entertaining, fun heist movie overall, but could have been better.
