I admire director Gigi Gaston for attempting to inject a different twist into what is otherwise a mindless heist flick.

Oh Alyson... why?? This was unoffensive, but rather dull and most definitely done to death! Even with our cute lead and a plot that is mildly interesting, this wasn't handled well. I wouldn't bother with it.
