Sorely lacks the character moments of the first Sniper, but not bad by direct-to-DVD standards.
Sniper 2 is all promise and no premise. Spending 91 minutes with this turgid turkey will replicate the feeling of being in a mercenary's crosshairs.

Well Sniper 2 was alot better than Sniper 1. Each to their own. I mean there was not much difference in the plot though a tiny bit exciting and more movin on than the first one. Besides there were some great funny funny/sarcastic quotes.
