Actor Joseph Sikora guested on numerous prestige TV dramas including "Boardwalk Empire" (HBO, 2010-14), "True Detective" (HBO, 2014-) and "Banshee" (Cinemax, 2013-16) before landing a major role on the 50 Cent-produced "Power" (Starz, 2014-). Born in Chicago, IL in 1976, Sikora made his acting debut in an episode of forgotten odd couple sitcom "Roomies" (NBC, 1987) and in his teenage years enjoyed a minor big screen role in sports drama Rudy (1993) before going on to study Theater at Colombia College. Blink-and-you'll-miss-it appearances in "My Best Friend's Wedding" (1997), "The Watcher" (1999) and "Ghost World" (2001) followed, as did bit parts in TV shows such as "Early Edition" (CBS, 1996-2000), "Walker, Texas Ranger" (CBS, 1993-2001) and "Frasier" (NBC, 1993-2004). Sikora finally landed a more notable role when he played Tom Wilkinson's son in TV movie "Normal" (2002), and after adding serial killer biopic "Gacy" (2003) to his resume, bagged his first recurring role as cop-turned-firefighter J.D. Hart in "Third Watch" (NBC, 1999-2005). "CSI: NY" (CBS, 2004-2013), "ER" (NBC, 1994-2009), "Grey's Anatomy" (ABC, 2005-) and "Lost" (ABC, 2004-2010) were just some of the hit shows Sikora guested on over the next few years in between performances in extraterrestrial horror "Night Skies" (2007), the dramatization of Gianni Versace's murder "Fashion Victim" (2008) and comedy "Pants on Fire" (2008). After appearing as a mental patient in "Shutter Island" (2010), Sikora once again worked with Martin Scorsese when he played abusive husband Hans Schroeder in "Boardwalk Empire" (HBO, 2010-14) and continued to raise his profile with roles as a wrongfully-accused sniper in "Jack Reacher" (2012) and the son of a Russian crime lord in Jason Statham vehicle "Safe" (2012). Sikora was then cast as the corrupt and incompetent Sheriff in Southern Gothic drama "The Heart, She Holler" (Adult Swim, 2011-14), before taking small but memorable parts as white supremacist Sharp in "Banshee" (Cinemax, 2013-16) and biker gang member Ginger in the first season of "True Detective" (HBO, 2014-). In 2014, Sikora landed his biggest role playing Omari Hardwick's partner-in-crime Tommy Egan in gritty crime series "Power" (Starz, 2014-) and a year later appeared as goods seller Frog Jack in period drama "Underground" (WGN America, 2015-).
