02/22/2017 Decent cop film with Hopper occasionally hitting the bottle and pushing to track down those responsible for his partner's murder, even as it reaches city hall. See more 01/20/2016 Cliche-riddled story of reckless cop battling a drug ring featuring Dennis Hopper in a tired role. Made for Showtime.
