Like he was saying, "We’re on the same page now… you don’t have to do this. If anything happens, I’m here." That scene felt so pure and comforting. What makes Finch such a heartbreaking character is how he keeps trying to make someone else’s life easier while silently fighting his own battles. The pressure from his parents, the loneliness, the chaos in his mind, yet he still chose kindness. The movie quietly tells us that sometimes bravery comes from simply knowing someone is standing beside us. And the ending… it wasn’t a happy ending in the usual way. He disappeared from her life without warning, but somehow he still changed her forever. He helped Violet become brave again, see life as something beautiful, and truly live it fully. For me its a must watch and i would recommend it to everyone. As someone who doesn't cry to movies and TV shows i can tell you i poured rain after watching this. Also as a teen it really helped me understand some things. If you have seen "One day" you will definitely like it. A really deep and touching story at the same time. I don't have any more words how to describe it. Would watch it again like thousand times! Easy five stars See more William H @Whaleman2412 Feb 16 I just watched the movie and oh my goodness, I will not be able to get over it! It's one of the most heartbreaking tales of all time. I love the two main characters, and I like the connection they have. It's a really good story, where you feel like you're there sometimes. It's like you're with them through their highs and lows. And that last 10&20 minutes was so beautiful, despite how sad I still am about it. I don't know how this hasn't got a higher rating, it may have broken me but I adore it! See more Read all reviews
