Just. 😐 👍🏼👎🏼 S The true story of Louisa Gould, a widow living in Nazi occupied Jersey, who takes in a Russian prisoner of war. See more 09/05/2020 The story line was betrayed by a very weak screenplay. There were so many obvious dumb things that the characters did that it became painful to watch to the end. When you are hiding a prisoner, you don't parade him around the town. Bill tries extra hard to look guilty, and every other "covert" action was seemingly done intentionally to attract attention. Sorry, but not worth the time. Unusual for the British. We are all human and all have breaking points, some just have more ability to extend kindness and empathy beyond their fears and needs. Recommend highly but not a light level show. Very intense.
