Once again, the film is as much about the bonding experience with strangers as it is about willingly subjecting yourself to the madness of what’s on the screen. Go to Full Review

As much as watching The Room can be a fun and weird experience, I don’t believe in hyping someone for making more bad movies. And Big Shark is a bad movie. Not a bad shark movie, mind you, as this isn’t really a... Go to Full Review

Big Shark’s ultimate issue may be that Wiseau is more knowingly in on the joke this time around, but the film is not without its own personality... The film has an oddball charm that will certainly work for some wanting a “so bad it’s good experience.” Go to Full Review

ii @RT96044069 6 days ago This movie is absolutely terrible. Everything from the acting to the special effects just sucks. Doesn't even feel like there is an actual plot. They're just hanging out the whole movie. It's not even remotely believable that Sophia would mess with a weird looking 70 year old man. Everything about this is just awful. See more TheMovieSearch R @TheMovieSearch 6 days ago Big Shark is an absolutely awful film. I mean, it is awful from beginning to end. The fact that this movie came from the same filmmaker behind The Room makes the experience even more frustrating because, once again, the filmmaking feels completely disconnected from what a movie should actually be. I genuinely don’t understand how a film released in 2023 could feel this poorly made. From the acting to the screenplay and directing, almost nothing worked for me. The entire production felt like a waste of time, and I kept waiting for something to finally make the movie worthwhile, but it never happened. At this point, I can only hope this was made on a zero-dollar budget and that everyone involved did it for free. If anyone actually paid to make this movie, I would honestly be asking for my money back, especially from the director and writer. Overall, Big Shark is one of those films that left me wondering how it was ever completed. A constant of chaos and laughter, he's somehow enhanced his cult hero status by delivering against cautious expectations. One of the most enjoyable cinema experiences I've had.
