The story of the brothers Weider, and how they brought nutrition and bodybuilding into mainstream culture is given a typically dry biopic rendering with all the excitement of watching a salad wilt. A few cast members struggle to break the monotony of simplistic writing, cardboard characterization's and stagnant direction but are eventually overwhelmed by the tsunami of no life.
