In 1985, Russian boxer Ivan Drago killed former U.S. champion Apollo Creed in a tragic match that stunned the world. Against the wishes of trainer Rocky Balboa, Apollo's son Adonis Johnson accepts a challenge from Drago's son -- another dangerous fighter. In conclusion, Creed II is a solid film with a convincing performance of Michael B. Jordan who asserts himself in the character. This sequel is what the fans expected, but it must be admitted that it provides few innovative elements.

Sure it's fairly similar to Rocky 3, but it still manages to hit a homer with how the film it separates itself. Not to mention the nostalgia it gives you with the return of Ivan Drago
