In the small town of Eden, Tennessee, a neglected and naïve teenage girl named Clara Banks has made a habit of deceiving people online for gifts, a gambit known as "catfishing." She thinks it's all fun and games until she hooks the attention of the wrong person. A short time later, events set into motion spiral out of control as someone begins stalking Clara and her friends. As the consequences of her actions return to haunt her, twisted messages start showing up at Clara's home, causing her to fear for her life. Will she ever feel safe again now that the evil has come knocking?

Pheasant W. @phezweb 1d Normally I would not tear a film down so much. Hey, I never acted in or directed a film. However, this movie was beyond horrible. Since I wasted my time, I decided to do a review. Sometimes at least one aspect will be good. No character development, so many things that had nothing to do with the plot, (was there a plot?) ridiculous long scenes of nothing, no continuity, disrespectful of so many professions and god awful acting. Usually I can at least laugh but it was so bad, could not be saved by any laughs. The characters insult so many things, so is the director sending a message?
