  • Clumsy and corny, the film plays like a pat showbiz cautionary tale, half-heartedly reworked into lurid pulp.

  • Short on thrills and energy despite its title, this slick yet sluggish feature often seems barely interested in the horror elements that are, after all, what will primarily lure viewers in.

  • A wink of a performance from David Arquette and an electric turn from Allie Gonino overcome a few distracting special effects to deliver a clever rock 'n roll thriller.

  • This film might actually turn you into a brain-nomming zombie, or something you'd find stuck to the bottom of your Smokey Joe. The script alone could fry your circuits.

  • An interesting blend of dramatic scenes and supposed archival footage makes for a quasi-documentarian approach along the lines of Behind the Music or, more to the point, Paranormal Witness. A music video interlude proves his eye exceeds most others.
