A vicious killer making his way through the forest hears a faint voice that beacons him to a small town nearby in Organ director Kei Fujiwara's atmospheric psychological nightmare. When a murmuring underground stream carries an unknown voice directly into the id of a wandering psychopath, the madman allows himself to be swept away in the waters of a raging river nearby. Subsequently rescued by the workers at a small town steel mill, the killer soon comes face to face with the female employee responsible for a series of horrific atrocities at the massive facility. It was this woman's voice that was responsible for summoning the killer to her location, and when the pair finally meets their combined hatred and sorrow of gives birth to an abominable human-hog hybrid.
