Movie Info

In this film, a 15-year-old musician falls in love with a fellow high-schooler, an aspiring dancer. Arthur Barron's direction is rife with such '70s cliches as shifting-focus close-ups, zoom-ins, and "groovy" atmosphere shots, but this can be forgiven in the light of the exuberance of the young stars.

And though the film never becomes entirely engaging, it's impossible to entirely dismiss it...

Young love is awkward and Jeremy is about young love. But Jeremy is also an awkward movie rather than one that simply dramatizes awkwardness.

Audience Reviews for Jeremy

Really slow all the way through but if you can sit & wait then it's most definitely worth it.Benson & O' Connor had some real chemistry together. My only problem with movies like this are the endings because they usually don't turn out the way I hoped.Jeremy didn't turn out the way I had hoped either but for some reason it didn't bother me as much as it normally does.It was a very good movie & I would've ranked it higher if it only had a better ending
