04/02/2018 I read that juliet stevenson excels in this movie - i think she often excels in movies, however this is a challenging role and she really does it justice. I was absorbed by this film and the characters. unlike a critic i read, i don't mind the distraction of the grandaughter's romance - it is a pretty dark theme so it provides some relief. a Moving and confronting.film.
