Arc B. @ArcBolo 2d Had a lot of good moments (moods), and many intriguing ideas. Great special affects. Cool music. Some weaker plot points are scattered throughout too. I really liked it actually. There was potentially a decent movie here, but I have never seen a movie where the quality of the writing, acting and directing bounce around so erratically in quality! There are scenes that work very well, and hint at what maybe could have been, but there are also too many scenes where the quality nosedives into laughably bad territory. I'm not going to waste my time cataloging the scenes to determine if editing down this film might realistically have saved it, but I have to think that might have been entirely possible. At two hours long, there was definitely plenty of room to leave the chaff on the cutting room floor! It's a shame. The acting, is alright for a b movie, but literally everything else is ridiculously bad. Not like amusing bad, but like someone came into my house and crapped on the floor bad. The movie concludes with possibly the dumbest "twist" i've ever seen in a film, the aliens cross the galaxy looking for jesus 🤦 🫏 wut? See more digby . @RT37922415 May 21 a Jesus film.
